Fall Break 

Just a reminder that there is no school November 10-12 for our Fall Break and Remembrance Day on Tuesday. Classes will resume on Thursday, November 13. 

Bike Locks 

We are very excited to see so many students taking advantage of the nice weather and riding bikes to school. If your child is riding their bike to school, please be sure they have a bike lock to keep their bike safe and secure to the bike rack during the school day. Also, please ensure they are wearing a helmet when they ride! 

Fun Lunch 

Our next fun lunch will be on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 from Subway. Orders must be submitted online by Friday, November 14 at 11:59pm.  

To order fun lunch for your child, please log in or create an account at: www.healthyhunger.ca  

Every lunch ordered helps raise money that supports school council initiatives and help our students with school-based activities, including field trips, special guests and school-wide events like Sports Day!

Student Learning Conferences 

On November 27-28, we will be having Student Learning Conferences. During conference times, you can book a 15 minute individual conference time to meet with your child’s teacher and learn about their learning and achievement at school. To book a conference time, you will log into your MyCBE account on or after November 20. The conference times will be: 

Thursday, November 27 

Kindergarten: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM – There is NO SCHOOL FOR KINDERGARTEN on this day 

Grades 1-6: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM – This is a REGULAR SCHOOL DAY for students in grades 1-6. 

Friday, November 28 

Kindergarten – Grade 6: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM – There is NO SCHOOL for all students on this day. 

Photo Retakes 

If your child missed Photo Day in September or you would like to have their pictures re-taken, Lifetouch photographers will be here on November 24 for Photo Re-takes. Please connect with your child’s teacher if you would like their photo taken this day so they are sure to send them at photo time.

We are excited to share we will be having our Winter Concert for families on Thursday, December 11, in the evening with the first show at 5:00 PM! More information will be coming soon!
