Dear OSG Families, 

As we enter our final week of the 2023-24 school year, please be sure to read through the following information and take note of important information about the last days of school. 

Last Days of School 

Tuesday, June 25: Last day of school for the Tues/Thurs kindergarten class 

Wednesday, June 26: Last day of school for the Mon/Wed kindergarten class  

Thursday, June 27: Last day of school for all students in grades 1-6 **This is an Early Dismissal Day. School ends at 12:00 on this day. 

Year-End Online Report Cards 

Online report cards will be enabled for viewing from June 26, 2024 to July 26, 2023. During this window, parents/legal guardians are welcome to view report cards online via their MyCBE parent account. Report cards will NOT be printed off and sent home. For best access to information, log in to the MyCBE  portal instead of using the PowerSchool App. 

Outstanding School Fees 

2023-24 school year fees are now due! To prevent your account from being sent out for collection, please login to your MyCBE parent account to review your child's outstanding school fees and make a payment with a debit or credit card. Alternatively, please visit the school to make a payment with your debit or credit card. Please note that cash and cheques are no longer accepted. Upcoming Key Dates 

June 25: Grade 6 Farewell Celebration - Parents/guardians of Grade 6 students are welcome to attend 

June 25: Last day of school for Tues/Thurs kinder 

June 26: Last day of school for Mon/Wed kinder 

June 26: Report cards viewable to families online in MyCBE accounts 

June 27: Last day of school for gr. 1-6 – EARLY DISMISSAL AT 12:00
