Thank you to our outstanding School Council for organizing our Staff Appreciation Lunch and for all families that contributed to this event. We are so grateful for all of your support throughout the year. We are honoured to serve your students, families and the OSG community each and every day! 

Sports Day Re-Scheduled 

Due to the unpredictable weather on Friday, the decision was made to cancel Sports Day and to re-schedule for Wednesday afternoon at 12:45. 

Transportation Registration Deadline on Sunday, June 22 

Sunday, June 22 is the deadline to register for school bus transportation for students that live in Cornerstone and students in EES and PLP. 

∙ Registration is available by logging into your MyCBE parent account and clicking on the Fees, Waivers and Service Registration tile. 

 ∙ Families must register by Sunday, June 22 for students to be added to routes for the start of the next school year. You MUST register EVERY YEAR for bus service.

Outstanding School Fees 

2024-25 school year fees are now due! To prevent your account from going into arrears and being sent out for collection, please login to your MyCBE parent account to review your child's outstanding school fees and make a payment with a debit or credit card. Alternatively, please visit the school to make a payment. Please note that cash and cheques are no longer accepted. Are You Concerned That You Cannot Afford to Pay School Fees? Apply for a Central Fee Waiver! 

No child is ever denied access to an education at the Calgary Board of Education due to their family’s inability to pay. The CBE offers a Central Fee Waiver which is based upon income level and covers the following fees: Yellow School Bus Transportation, Lunch Supervision Service Fee and Student Supplies Fee. Please log in to your MyCBE parent account to complete the 2024/2025 Central Fee Waiver Application. Report Cards 

Families can view, download or print online report cards for kindergarten to Grade 12 students starting Wednesday, June 25 until July 25, 2025 through MyCBE. Within MyCBE, families can also view student information, comments from your child’s teacher, assignments and grades and attendance information. 

Grade 6 Farewell Assembly –  Tuesday, June 24 10am start time 

Parents/guardians of Grade 6 students are welcome to attend this special assembly.

Thursday, June 26 - Last Day of School 

Please be advised that the last day of school for students in grades 1-6 and the Tuesday/Thursday kindergarten class is an EARLY DISMISSAL day (12:00pm).  

The last day of school for Monday/Wednesday kindergarten classes is Wednesday, June 25. This day will be regular school hours with dismissal at 2:30pm.

June 26: Last day of school for Tues/Thurs kindergarten and all students in gr. 1-6 – Early Dismissal for all students 

June 27: Appeals Day
