Dear OSG Families, 

We would like to send out a HUGE thank you to our outstanding School Council for organizing the fabulous Staff Appreciation Lunch on Friday and a huge thank you, as well, to all the families that contributed to the lunch. It was so generous of all of you and we feel so fortunate to be a part of this thoughtful, caring school community! 

School Council on Monday 

Monday, June 1 at 6:00 PM, will be our final School Council meeting of this year.  You can join us in person at the school or online HERE. 

Please note that this meeting is with the School Council Executive, other parents and guardians and school administration. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn what is happening in classrooms and around the school and provide your feedback about how to make our school better. We would love to see you there! 

Library Books 

Please note that all school library books must be returned to school by Friday, June 19.  

Last Fun Lunch of 2025-26 

The last fun lunch of the year will be provided by Subway on June 11. Orders must be placed no later than Saturday, June 6. www.healthyhunger.ca 

Important Transportation- Bussing Information for Cornerstone, EES & PLP Families 

Bus registration is required every year. Even if your child already rides the bus this year, you are required to register again for the 2026-27 school year. 

Cornerstone Families and Families of EES and PLP students: Families are now able to apply for yellow school bus service for the 2026-27 school year. Service levels and fees are outlined below. Registration is available through your MyCBE account. (If you do not already have an account, learn how.) 

Families must apply by Sunday, June 14, 2026 for students to be added to routes for the start of the next school year. We continue to accept registrations after the deadline; however, students are added to the closest existing bus stop with available space. Processing times for registrations submitted after the June 14 deadline will be delayed. It may take until mid-October before your child is able to ride the bus. 

Confirmed routes will be posted in MyCBE in August.
