Dear OSG Families,

We had a very productive week at OSG as students returned from the Winter Break.

Report Cards

On January 27, you will have access to view your child’s report card in your MyCBE account. Report cards summarize student achievement at a point in time. They are just one way teachers communicate about how well your child is meeting the outcomes in various subjects. For students in grades 1-6, progress in all discipline areas will be communicated to parents/legal guardians via the report card in both January and June.

Kindergarten Report Cards

Kindergarten teachers will report progress to parents/legal guardians via January and June report cards.

  • In January, progress in ELAL and Math will be communicated to parents/legal guardians via the report card.
  • In June, progress in all discipline areas will be communicated to parents/legal guardians via the report card.

Families can view, download or print online report cards for kindergarten to Grade 12 students on Monday, Jan. 27 until May 30, 2025 through MyCBE

In addition to the report cards, schools regularly communicate with families about their child’s progress through parent/teacher interviews, celebrations of learning, and the results of tests, quizzes and assignments throughout the year. More information about assessment and reporting can be found HERE.
