Dear OSG Families, 

Thank you to all families that were able to attend Conferences last week. It was wonderful to see so many families at the school! If you were unable to attend the conferences, please contact your child’s teacher to arrange a time to meet on the phone or before or after school in-person.  

School Council Meeting 

Tomorrow, Monday, December 1 is our next School Council meeting at 6:00 PM. You are invited to attend the meeting either at the school or on-line using the link below. This will be a meeting with school admin and we will be sharing data highlights from the 2024-25 school year as well as our School Development Plan for 2025-26. Join the meeting now 

Register for Lunchroom Supervision 

If your child stays at school for lunch, you are required to register them for Lunchroom Supervision. You can do so by logging in to your MyCBE account. Once registered, you will also need to pay online for the Lunchroom Supervision fee as well as all other school fees.

Fun Lunch 

Our next fun lunch will be on Thursday, December 11, 2025  from Cedar’s Deli. Orders must be submitted by Saturday, December 6 at 11:59pm.

Winter Concert 

Our Winter Celebration of Learning is just a few weeks away, so SAVE THE DATE! 

Our concert will be on December 11. There will be two performance times: 

• 5:00 PM show -Rooms 1,2,3,6,9,10,13,14,20, and Kindergarten (Mon/Wed) 

o   Students should arrive at the school at 4:40 and proceed directly to their classroom!                                                                                                 

·       6:30 PM show - Rooms,4,5 (PLP),6,7,8,11,12,15,16, EES, and Kindergarten (Tues/Thurs) 

o   Students should arrive at the school at 6:10 and proceed directly to their classroom. 

FREE Resource for Kindergarten | Eye See...Eye Learn 

Eye See...Eye LearnTM is a barrier free program for all kindergarten-aged children offered by the Alberta Association of Optometrists. Kindergarten-aged children who receive an eye exam and are in need of glasses are eligible for a FREE pair through the Eye See...Eye Learn program.
